WOO HOO!!! ALL DONE

Final Inspection was Monday, and we PASSED!!!
Here's a walkthrough, brief and simple
The Master Shower is finally complete! It's the proverbial cherry on the top of this house. It adds an air of luxury and style never touched by a fiberglass tub.

Bathroom Countertops need a little work yet...I am still as in love with these faucets as when I first picked them out.

Master Bedroom...not quite furnished yet

Upstairs Spare Bath

View OF Kitchen
Living room view from entryway...I LOVE the fireplace. The inset is a dark paint covered in copper glaze and the fire itself is framed with drystacked slate bricks with a sealer that brings out a beautiful color and makes them look like soft, worn leather.
Entryway. That thin wall will be covered in 1 ft and 1x2 ft leather tiles in olive green, black, brown, and a glaze color...that task keeps getting shoved to the bottom of the list.

I seemed to have worked my way backward through the house, there are no photos of the basement...but for now, thats still a vacant room and a couple bedrooms. Eventually it will be filled a pool table, restored resaurant booths and a table for card playing...and maybe some sectional couches. We'll see what comes of it.

Flooring

Tile installed with much crashing and swearing...by daddy dearest. Being a perfectionist is hard work when there's so much potential for problems. But he is one of the best at what he does.

The kitchen floor is breathtaking. Smooth copper slate, with blues, greys copper, and some black

The laundry/mud room floor is finished, and the bathroom sealer takes a while to set "stay out or else"!...

...This dust covered man will come after you!

The master showers' hardi-board had to be ground down, much to dd's chagrin as that is one miserable task!

The tile shower isn't complete but is looking better every day, tumbled marble and luxurious travertine make a lovely combination...

Starting Out

With the foundation dug in early March...The cold Montana winters were harsh for the 2 story pilgrimage of 123 Cally Lane...
